The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work, and that fits perfectly Sandra Larose to a "T."

Sandra's goal is to safeguard her clients' best interests selling or buying their largest financial transaction while helping them achieve their real estate objectives. With that in mind, she stands by her clients 100% from the first meeting through closing and beyond. Outsourcing tasks to another person doesn't fit her definition of personal service, nor does pressuring clients to make a decision.

She's no stranger to moving, and to buying and selling homes. Sandra is a Real Estate Investor who owns a number of properties for the past 25 years.  As a full-time Real Estate Sales Representative since 2005, she fully understands the challenges her clients face and strives to help achieve their goals with a minimum of stress. With a focus on quality rather than quantity, Sandra takes time to help buyers find the perfect home they'll love – without over spending.

Sandra is known for taking the time to understand her client's needs and for doing that little bit extra that's above and beyond the expected. Her attention to detail, hard work, and tenacity keep transactions on track and closing smoothly. 

Sandra will guide and assist her clients through the real estate process of buying, selling or renting income properties. She is committed to protecting her client’s best interests and is a trusted adviser who can help her clients throughout their entire complex real estate transaction.

Trends and market dynamics change and no two houses are precisely alike, therefore Sandra uses her insight into what today's buyers, sellers and investors want most, then takes time to analyze the amenities and benefits of both a home and its location before providing her recommendations.

Sandra doesn't rest on past experience or education. In addition to attending seminars and continuing education classes, she holds a designation as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) that requires extensive study along with proven experience.  She has worked for the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation for 23 years where she received several promotions to name a few in the Information Technology (IT), Office Manager, Project Manager (PMO Office), Leasehold Improvements and Construction.  She served on a Board of Directors as a Director for 2 Condominium Corporations and is well versed with the Condominium Act and By-Laws.
